The Artisanal Coffee program aims to build students’ employability and job readiness skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management.
About the Program
Students will be introduced to running a small business by receiving training on barista skills, customer service, and managing employees. Through the program, students will become familiar with the basics of entrepreneurship and understand the mindset of a successful small business owner.

James Choi is the CEO and founder of Cafe Dulce, a thriving and community focused cafe located in Little Tokyo. Cafe Dulce first opened in 2011 and has now expanded to a total of three cafes. James constantly strives to pursue excellence in his craft and works with some of the best coffee roasters around the world to provide a unforgettable specialty coffee experience.
